Global Service with Pastor Chris kicks off with prayers & songs of gratitude for 9 months of the supernatural.
First Communion Service in the Final Quarter of a Supernatural Year Commences
The October 2018 Global Communion Service with the man of God, Pastor Chris, kicked off on Sunday 9th October 2018, with a recap of exciting global programs held by the ministry across the world in the outgone month of September. Among the highlights were the International Campus Pastors’ and Leaders’ Conference Lagos-Nigeria 2018 and the Leaders’ and Partners’ Conference South Africa 2018.
Music ministers, Eben, PeeYuu and Farlon Lyte, accompanied by a resplendently clad choir, led the global congregation in a time of tremendous worship to God, in anticipation of the year’s final quarter. The highly esteemed Director of Programs, Pastor Ifeoma Chiemeka, guided the brethren in sessions of heartfelt prayer, readying their hearts for the Word.
Pastor Benny Hinn, the renouned tele-evangelist and self-proclaimed ally to the Believers' LoveWorld President, was present to minister to the global audience connected on LoveWorld Networks- LoveWorld USA, LoveWorld Plus, LoveWorld SAT, LoveWorldTV and via viewing centres all over the world.
From the arrival of the man of God, Pastor Chris, the first hour of the October 2018 Global Communion Service was a time of divine revelation and insight into the person and ministry of the Holy Spirit as the BLW President and Pastor Benny Hinn taught extensively.
“Think about the Holy Spirit as being the generator of the Trinity,” Pastor Benny Hinn admonished, emphasizing that the Spirit of God is the power of the Trinity and instructing the congregation to give Him closer attention. The man of God, Pastor Chris, went on to say, “God doesn’t want us to be as He was, because He says, as He is so are we,” further explaining the importance of the Holy Spirit in the believer’s earthly walk.
As the global audience listened with rapt attention, there was a stirring of greater desire to “wait on the Lord,” being given to knowledge of the Lord through the scriptures. A most remarkable aspect of the teaching was Pastor Chris’ exposé on how the Christian’s focus should be on living the Christ’s life in a consciousness of His post-resurrection glory.
The BLW President Declares October 2018 to be ‘the Month of Instruction’!
Pastor Chris issues prophetic word, mandating global audience to give attention to instruction this month.
The October Global Communion service came to a peak the moment the man of God, through the spirit, gave divine direction for the month of October 2018 as he declared it "The Month of Instruction". In his delivery, Pastor Chris, explained to the global congregation what the words he spoke meant; the import of them and the effects they would have in the months to come.
As Pastor Chris issued the prophetic word for the month, it was clarified with several scriptures, Proverbs 4:13, Proverbs 6:23 and Proverbs 10:17. To further explain the type of instruction described in each of these scriptures, the man of God read 2 Timothy 3:16-17 to the brethren: “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”
Explaining 2 Timothy 2:17, Pastor Chris elucidated that the word perfection refers to “being refreshed, updated,” sharing that these are things the Spirit of God accomplishes in the one who yields to doctrine, reproof, correction and instruction from the Lord. One of such instructions, given by Pastor Benny Hinn earlier in the day, was regarding time spent with the Lord in prayer.
