“The temple was primarily a place for offering sacrifices”

The month of August was declared the Month of Praise for the entire LoveWorld Nation; this was announced through the Spirit by the President of the LoveWorld Nation, Rev. Chris Oyakhilome PhD, DSc DD. The Man of God while exhorting the global congregation stated succinctly that the Lord wanted the entire congregation to carry out specific instructions on praise just as he instructed in the month of July, the Month of Joy. According to the Man of God, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, the Lord wants us to offer spiritual sacrifices which are sacrifices of praise unto him. The Man of God further explained and that no one was expected to pay lips service to the instruction on praise and cautioned Gospel music ministers not to use the House of God as an avenue to sponsor their personal agenda, but do everything in honour of the Lord Jesus Christ. Furthermore, The Man of God, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome emphasized that every day throughout the month of August should be a day of praise and asked that congregations plan specially for specific praise occasions in the month of August.
