IN THE STUDIO WITH PASTOR CHRIS

In the tenth verse of the tenth chapter of St. John’s gospel, Jesus made a very remarkable statement. “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have [it] more abundantly.” The word 'more abundantly' here means 'to the full'. I want to focus on the second part where it says “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have life to the full.” This is Jesus’ purpose, He came to give life, His own kind of life. And that life is available to us in His name!

When Jesus spoke in this situation, He was talking about spiritual life, the life and nature of God; the life that only comes from God. “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have life to the full.” You can have that life today. All you have to do is receive that life into you by faith in His name. If you call the Name of Jesus, He’ll answer you and you can have that life right now.

In the Name of the Lord Jesus, I pray for you, that the presence of God will fill your home or your environment where you are right now. I pray that the Spirit of God will touch you in your heart; and that as you call the Name of Jesus, that you'll receive eternal life into your heart and your spirit right now.

I pray that you will be healed of all infirmity. I command deafness to leave, dumbness to go, and blindness to go; that you will be healed right now in your heart, and cleansed in your blood, in the Name of Jesus. Receive healing now, In Jesus’ name. Amen. God bless you.
